These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website jkfatraining.com and any training services provided by JK Firearms Training, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

JK Firearms Training, LLC provides firearms safety education and instruction only. We do not sell, transfer, or broker firearms, ammunition, or accessories. Course content, scheduling, and availability are confirmed at the time of booking and may change.

2. Eligibility

To participate in training, you must:

• Be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms under all applicable federal, Washington State, and local laws;
• Be of the minimum age required for the course, or be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian where minors are permitted;
• Not be prohibited from possessing firearms for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is, or appears to be, ineligible, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms or the law.

3. Safety & Conduct

Safety is mandatory. Students must follow all safety rules, range rules, and instructor directions at all times. Anyone who behaves unsafely, is impaired by drugs or alcohol, or refuses to follow instructions may be removed from a course without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk

Firearms training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use and handling of firearms and participation in training activities. A separate written liability waiver may be required before participation.

5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Booking, payment, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of registration. Please contact us with any questions about a specific course before booking.

6. No Legal Advice

Information provided in our courses and on this Site is for general educational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Firearm laws change and vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws that apply to you. Consult a qualified attorney for legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of JK Firearms Training, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JK Firearms Training, LLC and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in training, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washington State.
